Program Supervisor, Sustainable Commuting | GBike Team

Google*, Mountain View, California – (May 2021 - Dec 2022)*

• Successfully rebranded the Self-Powered Commuter program to Sprocketeers to be inclusive for electric-mobility users
• Mentored junior supervisors and field techs, teaching various tools in our tech stack (asana, gsuite, slack) and 1-on-1 conversations focused on developing self-management skills, self-awareness, and work values
• Developed company SOPs/Digital Handbooks; utilizing instructional design, informational architecture, and copywriting

Commuter Facilities Lead | GBike Team

Google, Mountain View, California – (Feb 2020 - May 2021)

• Built a new team focused on providing perks to self-powered commuters including reserved locker programs, cycling swag, and accessible bike parking
• Conducted secondary research to aid in developing a better bike parking experience on campus
• Lead group rides for bike advocacy, dedicated cycling photographer capturing moments to later be used for marketing purposes
